Description
The tenant must pay directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed a deposit of €1,000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-returnable service fee. The contract has to be signed up at the latest within 48 hours of paying the deposit. The maximum contract length is 6 months, extendable as many times as you wish. Each extension admin fee is €60. You can get your “registration” at this property. Supplies included up to a limit of €40 per person.
