We rent a room in a large 95 m² apartment near the Champs-Elysées.
Preferably for students or young interns.
We also have two cats who are very friendly but do not have access to the room.
Ideal location: numerous buses and metro lines 1-3-9-13
Close to green spaces, museums, theaters, cinemas and swimming pool.
Very clear view (not overlooked) and guaranteed calm, especially as the bedroom is located at the end of the corridor.
Bathroom and WC to possibly share with our daughter.
Sheets, towels provided. Laundry in the immediate vicinity.
Access to very well equipped kitchen.
Mutual respect for each other’s space, privacy and schedules.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
