I live in this apartment where I offer a private room within a shared living space. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Finding parking in the building or on the surrounding streets can be difficult.
The walk to Place de Jaude takes approximately 10 minutes, while getting to the train station or bus station takes about 30 minutes.
You are welcome to occasionally invite a friend to stay under the same conditions as you, or to receive visitors. However, I would prefer to avoid parties or festive gatherings.
Please note that a cat also lives in the apartment.
