Description
I rent, all year round, a 13 m² room with a double bed (160) in my recently renovated apartment, where I live. Located on a high floor with an elevator, the room has a nice private balcony with an east-facing view. You can have breakfast or snacks there.
Tram line 1 is a 5-minute walk away and a direct bus to the city center is at the foot of the building. All shops and amenities are close to the accommodation: a bar/brasserie right next door if you want to have your meals, but also restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets... I can also reserve a space in the fridge for you (access to the cooking area not included).
I am an entrepreneur and telework from home. I am happy to share moments with you, such as an aperitif, depending on affinities, on my beautiful terraces. I make a point of honor of cleanliness and respect for places, objects and furniture, please.
