I am renting out a 13 m² room with a double bed (160 cm) in my recently renovated apartment, where I live. Located on a high floor with an elevator, the room features a lovely private east-facing balcony. You can enjoy your breakfast there. The line 1 tram is a 5-minute walk away, and a direct bus to the city centre is located right at the foot of the building. All shops and amenities are close to the accommodation: a bar/brasserie right next door for your meals, as well as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and supermarkets. I can also reserve space for you in the fridge (cooking area not included for short stays). I am an entrepreneur and I work remotely from home. I am happy to share moments with you, such as a drink depending on how we get along, on my beautiful terraces. I place a high importance on cleanliness and respect for the space.
