Transport: (bus 60) right at the building entrance, tram 500 metres away, Debourg metro 10 mins away, local shops nearby. The kitchen and bathroom, with a washing machine, are to be shared in a respectful manner. The toilet is separate. The kitchen, which is also the meeting place for the flatmates (3 boys and 1 girl), is fully equipped with cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge, cupboards, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. No living room. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, desk, chair, storage, and bed sheets. The price includes all utilities (service charges, hot water, cold water, electricity, fibre, household linen, bed sheets, duvet, and pillows). Rent 500 euros all-inclusive.
