The hosts reside in another city throughout the year and are only present in the house for a few weeks each year. Access to the living areas is free in their absence, but is limited to meal preparation when they are present (meals must be eaten in the bedroom). Five rooms are occupied year-round. The bedroom in this listing faces south, is very quiet, and overlooks the home’s small garden.
Cleaning of the common areas, in the absence of the hosts, is carried out jointly by the tenants.
The room is ideally located for students: a large town house near Gare Saint-Jean, Saint-Michel, and Victoire. Located on the 2nd floor, it features a window with a view of the garden. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other two rooms on the floor, which are also rented out. The room includes closets, a double bed, a desk, and has Wi-Fi.
