Room in a private home for one person only. Bathroom, toilet, kitchen and terrace to share. I am looking for an adult who works during the day or is a student, who respects others, keeps the common and private areas clean, non-smoker, non-vaper, does not take drugs, calm and discreet for a minimum of 3 months (from November, minimum 6 months).
Beyond 6 months, a one-year rental contract is proposed. A deposit in case of damage of one to two months' rent included depending on the duration, is required. Proof of identity and salary/study required.
No registration at the town hall and no receipt of mail possible, except for a stay of more than one year.
