I am offering a room of approximately 12 m2, with an extra bed, for shared accommodation with the owner (there are two of us at the moment), in a 1977 house located in a quiet, green residential area of Carvin, 300 meters from the city centre. The house itself is 80 m2 and the lot is almost 400 m2. Carvin is halfway between Lens and Lille, where universities are located. The city, with 18,000 inhabitants, is a commercial hub and has several advantages due to its proximity to the A1 highway and Libercourt train station, which leads to Lille and Arras. It is also well served by bus networks to Lens and Lille, via Bulle 5 and line 883. The city also has several sports facilities, including an aquatic centre that opened almost 3 years ago.
