I am offering a bright 10 m² room located on the upper floor of my home, with a private bathroom. It is equipped with a 120 cm bed, a nightstand, and a wardrobe. You can enjoy the garden, its pool, and all nearby amenities, such as the supermarket, shops, and services, all within a three-minute walk. It is easy to park a car. Forest paths are close by, allowing for long walks.I am looking for a woman or a young girl, a calm and respectful person. Common areas will be shared amicably. You will be responsible for the upkeep of your room and bathroom.I am a social worker and am not home very often, except in the evenings. My adult children visit from time to time, but there is no noise disturbance. Although located in the centre of the village of Cestas, the house offers a peaceful yet lively setting.
