Hello,
I'm looking for a quiet, discreet, respectful, clean, and non-smoking roommate. No registration with the local council is required. The spacious private room, approximately 15 m², is furnished with sheets, towels, a duvet and pillows, a wardrobe, and a desk. All modern comforts are provided (see photos). The roommate will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a washing machine in a 75 m² apartment located in the heart of the city center, close to all public transport, shops, the post office, supermarkets, etc. (HAMILIUS, Boulevard Royal).
This accommodation would be ideal for an intern, someone relocating for work, on probation, or in a housing transition.
P.S.: I use the living room 100% of the time when I'm here, as I travel a lot and am often away.
