Hello, I am looking for a calm, discreet, respectful, clean, and non-smoking roommate. Couples and friends are not allowed. Occupancy must not require registration with the municipality. The private bedroom, approximately 15 m², is provided with bed sheets, towels, a duvet, pillows, storage furniture, and a desk. Every comfort is ensured. The roommate will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a toilet, to be shared in a 75 m² apartment located in the heart of the city centre, close to all transportation, shops, the post office, supermarkets, etc. This accommodation would be perfect for an intern or someone on a work placement, in a probationary period, or in a housing transition. P.S.: I use the living room 100% of the time when I am present, as I travel a lot and am therefore often away. Security deposit to be agreed upon. Meeting time to be arranged.
