The double living room is perfect for one person, student and business travelers. You will share the apartment with me only, it is a very large and beautiful apartment with a large terrace at the back on the roof of the garage which is very sunny and peaceful. The terrace is accessible from 9am to 9:30pm, parties are prohibited. You can smoke outside. Bike available on site and 10 minutes from a beautiful free public swimming pool during the week. I have a small dog and a 15 year old cat who do not go into your rooms.
