My apartment is located on the ground floor of a small two-story building. There are only two co-owners. The apartment is situated on the northern edge of Malakoff, near Porte de Vanves, just a few minutes' walk from public transport: metro line 13, buses 95, 58, and 59, and tram T3A, offering quick and convenient access to all Parisian neighborhoods. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, some frequented by students from Descartes University.
The apartment is 110 m² and the bedroom includes a private bathroom, toilet, and walk-in closet, all for your exclusive use. It is located with "secondary lighting" facing the large living room and the conservatory, and it is aired out daily. An equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer are available for use.
