PARIS 11 APARTMENT FOR RENT (Paris - 75011)

I am offering to sublet my room during the summer of 2026. The apartment has two independent bedrooms, one of which is occupied by Maria, a Colombian student at Sciences Po. She speaks French, English, and Spanish; she is lovely and very discreet. The apartment is spacious, quiet, overlooks a courtyard, and is functional with all the comforts (bathtub, washing machine, bike storage, high-speed fiber internet, etc.). I use this room for my stays in Paris, but I won't be there from the end of June to mid-September. Given the short period, I won't be offering a lease, but rather a gentleman's agreement with a respectful person looking for a temporary base in Paris (which is very difficult to find for a short duration).
