Classic rental in a self-contained, furnished and equipped apartment, located in a converted outbuilding of a farmhouse near the sea. The living room has a Nordic-style sofa bed and a dining area with a table, five chairs, and storage. A wardrobe and stairs lead to the mezzanine, which is furnished with a double bed and a quality mattress. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, a stove, a gas hob, a refrigerator, storage, and a worktop. The bathroom has a shower and a sink; the toilet is separate. Heating is provided by a heat pump, supplemented by a kerosene heater in very cold weather. Electricity is included in the rent. The gas hob requires a butane gas cylinder, which is the tenant's responsibility. Parking is available in the courtyard. A private south-facing garden and an outdoor terrace are also available.
