A simple and quiet house with Wi-Fi and shared spaces: living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet not separate), two small terraces, and garden (smoking is permitted in outdoor areas). The bedroom, located upstairs and intended for one person, is equipped with a desk, a nightstand, and a bedside lamp. It does not have a door; however, a screen is provided to maintain privacy. This configuration is not inconvenient since the bed is placed at the back of the room. Breakfast is provided.
Bicycle parking is available inside. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house or in the nearby area. A bus stop is 200 meters away. A bakery and a small convenience store are located on the same street.
