Rooms are available upstairs in a typical Niçoise house, both simple and welcoming, with a shared bathroom for guests, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi.
Following some unpleasant experiences this year, I would like to clarify the following:
- I am renting a room, not my entire house.
- Use of the kitchen is limited to preparing simple, quick, and odor-free meals, and access to the terrace for dining.
- Laundry is only allowed once a week; detergent is not provided.
The house is close to shops and public transportation.
For sports and hiking enthusiasts, the nearby hills offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities.
I prefer female guests for mutual comfort and active stays.
As a discreet and independent person, I respect everyone's space while remaining available, ensuring the peace and quiet of all guests, and I expect the same discretion in return. Thank you.

Christine est une hôte très sympathique et discrète et de confiance, la chambre était belle, propre et joliment agencée. J'ai passé un agréable séjour à Nice. A bientôt !
Excellent séjour chez Christine. La maison/chambre est très bien située, calme et confortable. Très bon contact avec Christine, organisationnel et humain.
La maison de Christine est dans une rue calme et tranquille. La chambre mansardée est moderne, confortable et spacieuse. Il y a tous à proximité à pied et le Tram a 2 minutes Christine est très gentille et ouverte. J'ai passé un excellent séjour.
Things you are not allowed to do: -shower more than 5 minutes. -turn the water of when you shampoo. -be in the kitchen for more than 10 minutes “I don’t want people in my kitchen”. -cook meat. -be in the kitchen after 20:00. She could be gone for 30 hours but leave the windows and back door fully open. Left moldy food in the kitchen a few times, moths in the flour. Speaks bad English but will complain you speak bad French. Agreed that my mom would visit and stay over but forgot to mention what day, got really mad until she got more money. Otherwise, nice place, but she does not want you to stay home if you’re free, preferably only sleep. Nice cat.

Aucune vie privée possible avant une propriétaire qui entre dans la chambre comme bon lui semble. Du jamais vu. Restrictions d'eau et d'air conditionné. Incroyable.
Hôtesse très aimable, Christine a été très accommodante. Elle a abordé et résolu les malentendus de manière gentille et prudente. L'appartement est très confortable et propre, je m'y suis senti à l'aise. La climatisation dans la chambre rend les séjours prolongés très agréables ! Le chat est très câlin et gentil ! Dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet appartement.
J’ai passé un excellent séjour , Christine est une hôte très accueillante, agréable et disponible. Je vous recommande cette location , la maison est agréable et au calme pour se reposer et étudier .

Tout s.est très bien passé christine est ine personne agréable sympa..le logement est conforme à l.annonce.. je recommande ÷÷÷÷÷
Fatal La señora me preguntaba todos los días que iba a hacer a donde iba y a parte no podía quedarme a dormir hasta tarde porque de lo contrario empezaba a molestarme de que cuando iba a salir que esto y lo otro, súper incómodo, no la recomiendo.
