Nathalie a une forte et atypique personnalité. Elle parle très fort, souvent à elle même, et n’hésite pas, parfois, à ne pas respecter un minimum le sommeil de ses locataires. Elle dit elle-même qu’on « vit chez ses animaux » et non l’inverse. En effet, il y a 2 chats et un très vieux chien qui fait ses besoins partout dans l’appartement. La cuisine sert de « déco vitrine » comme elle l’expose elle-même. Les équipements nécessaires pour se nourrir convenablement sont absents. Impossibilité de ranger quelques affaires dans la cuisine (café, petit déjeuner par ex), ce qui induit sans cesse des aller-retour depuis la chambre, pour préparer son petit déjeuner, ainsi que le peu de repas décents possibles. Impossibilité également d’utiliser le congélateur, ce qui est dommageable également (légumes par ex). Tout le monde n’est pas fait pour ce genre de lieu et sans visite préalable en passant par Roomlala, on ne sait malheureusement pas « sur quoi/qui » l’on va «tomber ».
