Hello!
My 18-year-old son and I have a house that is way too big for both of us and are looking for a quiet roommate to share our living space. We offer a bright mini studio that has just been renovated. It has a private bathroom and a mini kitchen (no oven). Our house is located near the University of Montreal, HEC and the Université de Montréal metro station. Only the entrance and the oven are shared.
We include everything you need: high-speed Internet, access to a washer and dryer, heating, Netflix, etc.
We are looking for a serious, peaceful and easy-going person. Someone who does not take themselves too seriously, but who remains respectful and kind.
