Description
I am renting out this small mezzanine room to vacationers, travelers, and workers. You may access common areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet). I rely on tenants to respect the space, as I do not charge a cleaning fee. The room is located in a house with a small garden, close to bus stops, the train station, and shops.
I do not set a curfew, relying on everyone's common courtesy. For long-term stays, and in the event of any issues, I review the situation on a case-by-case basis. For last-minute bookings (i.e., for the same day), I cannot guarantee I will always be able to accept them due to organizational reasons. Regarding the arrival time, it is indicative, but depending on the request and my schedule, I can be flexible.
