15 m² room with private covered terrace and large private bathroom. Possible access to the above-ground pool. Located 1 km from the TER train station (Le Verdon-Bordeaux Saint Jean and Macau-Pessac) as well as a bus line. Free access to the kitchen. There are two cats on the property. Very quiet area, surrounded by greenery, with a forest nearby. Free Wi-Fi and possible access to Canalsat channels. The room for rent is located in a part of the house where there is also another room, that of our daughter, who will be present from time to time. The bathroom and toilet will therefore be shared occasionally with her.
