Magnificent 4 1/2 (Québec - G1J 2S8)

I'm looking for a roommate for my large 4 1/2 in the heart of Limoilou, located on the 3rd and top floor of a building with 6 doors, with no neighbors in front (view of the church and bike path). The apartment is located on 5th Street, a few minutes' walk from Cégep Limoilou. Starting in August/September.
The apartment is very bright and includes two large balconies, a washer/dryer, a small shed, a locker, a dishwasher, and a closet in the bedroom and in the entryway.
The apartment will not be fully furnished since I'm moving in on August 1st. The photos are of the previous occupants and are therefore for informational purposes only (i.e., without furniture). However, I will furnish the apartment quickly and am open to sharing the task if you wish. The room to be filled is the one used as an office in the photos.
I am starting my master's degree at Laval University and I am 22 years old. I am looking for someone who is calm and respectful, and preferably a student too!
