For rent 14m2 room in the attic on the 2nd floor of a family home / business furnished and decorated (not possible to remove the decoration) from 09/27/24 to 09/30/25.

There are common areas shared with my 25 year old brother and his 23 year old girlfriend (my bestie). My father is on the ground floor, I don't remember how old he is:

- Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machines
- kitchenette with fridge on the 1st
- second living room with TV, Blacon and bar for evenings with a few friends. - Free parking space in front of the house
You have to be ok with cats (2 cats at home who will have access to all floors except the personal bedroom).
