- desk with chair and screen for studying and wfh

The living room (sofa, TV, table and chair), kitchen (washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, airfryer, nutribullet included), shower room and WC are shared with me when I'm there! Fibre optic wifi internet access.

The flat is well located in the centre of Caudéran, just opposite Intermarché, with a bakery at the foot of the building, and less than a 5-minute walk away you have: 4 buses to the city centre/ train station/ aeroport, Parc Bordelais, biocoop, Italian grocery store that makes truffle pizza, La Poste, Le Velo station, tabac, fish shop and organic market behind the church on Saturday mornings!
