Hello, I am looking for a reliable, responsible, and independent roommate, as I work at a school in a remote area and will only be present during school holidays. The apartment is located in a family building. It is furnished and well-situated, just a few minutes' walk from Fabre metro station, bike paths, bus stops, as well as Plaza St-Hubert and the Jean-Talon market. The room has a single bed with a side table, a closet, and unlimited internet access. There is also a ceiling fan. In the living room, the bed will soon be removed and replaced by a sofa or an armchair. There is also a washer and dryer, as well as a stove, fridge, and microwave in the kitchen.
