I am looking for a roommate in Gentilly:
RER B Gentilly: 7 minutes away
Tram T3a (Stade Charléty): 15 minutes away
Metro 14 (Hôpital Bicêtre): 15 minutes away
Cité Universitaire and Montsouris Park: 15 minutes away
3-room apartment of 66 m², pleasant living space with 2 bedrooms: my bedroom, which is the smaller one, and the second one of 22 m², which has 2 built-in closets and a bay window opening onto the garden. The bedroom is unfurnished. Kitchen open to the living room with a large bay window. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. I view shared housing as a friendship.
Registration on the lease is done via an amendment with a security deposit. You must have a permanent contract (CDI), earn more than 2,100 euros net before tax, and ideally, have a guarantor. I am looking for someone over 30 years old.
Parking space available.
