Please read this listing to the end! The room has been completely renovated. There are three of us living here. We live a simple life, taking care to sort, tidy, clean, compost, share, create, and play. We chose to live together to share much more than just rent. The atmosphere is quite peaceful at home during the day. We have an open and "family-like" vision of shared living, embracing a healthy and simple lifestyle. There's a large wooded area, a garden, a vegetable patch, and a south-facing terrace. The kitchen is very well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in. This isn't a hotel or a dormitory room, and it's not your mother's house either! The spaciousness of the house, its garden, and the lack of isolation make it perfectly suited to different personalities. Having a vehicle is not required. Rent receipts are handled by an agency. No addictions, which have become a pathology, have a place here. Thank you for not being offended and for understanding this.
