Welcome to the Takou Musical Association at Maricela Lixa's, also known as Upcycling Girl.
We are located 3.5 km from the sea in Plouguerneau.
Here, you will find a 125 m² loft-workshop with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dry toilet upstairs.
The loft includes a mezzanine dedicated to a thrift store and resource centre, a home studio, a painting and sewing workshop, as well as a living room equipped with a wood-burning stove and a range. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar.
The property also includes a covered outdoor area where association evenings can be organized (no more than six per year), an orchard, a vegetable garden, as well as a music and recording studio.
We prioritize housing for those who identify with the dynamic of this space, but the location is still ideal for relaxing, recharging, creating, working, and gardening.
