Welcome to the Takou Musical Association at Maricela Lixa's, also known as Upcycling Girl.

The loft includes a mezzanine dedicated to a thrift store and resource centre, a home studio, a painting and sewing workshop, as well as a living room equipped with a wood-burning stove and a range. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar.

The property also includes a covered outdoor area where association evenings can be organized (no more than six per year), an orchard, a vegetable garden, as well as a music and recording studio.
