I am looking to share a very central and quiet apartment in Santander with one other person. Cleaning fees for common areas are included. Preference given to students, teachers, healthcare workers, and senior professionals. Very quiet atmosphere. LGBT 🌈 friendly. Parties or overnight guests are strictly prohibited. Smoking, couples, pets, or children are not allowed. Absolute quiet is required between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Features a 32" HD TV and private drying rack. The apartment has central heating and hot water, a building concierge, an elevator, and Wi-Fi. It is located next to bus lines, stations, supermarkets, and gyms. Proof of financial stability is required. I speak English. Je parle français.
