LGBT+ friendly shared housing

I am offering rooms for rent in a private shared housing arrangement, with a youthful vibe, in an apartment that is well-located (near subway, commuter rail, highway, and train stations). The space includes an equipped kitchen, a shared living room that is occupied occasionally, and a shared bathroom. TV, Wi-Fi, heating, and utilities are included. You will also find a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.

Students, LGBTQ+ individuals, or couples are welcome.

The living room is occupied by me when I am in Paris. Everything is available for use. Ideal for a quiet person. No pets, no smoking indoors, shoes at the entrance. Regular full cleaning is mandatory, and equipment must be left clean for the shared housing unit. No noise, no hassle... just good vibes!
