HIGH standard. Overlooking a garden, clean, cozy, and quiet. 1 bathroom to share, reserved for tenants. Discreet ACCESS to the hosts' kitchen: sink, fridge, freezer, and induction stovetops for quick meals & dishwashing. (Shared W.C.). Key handover + security deposit: receipt to be signed, plus a copy of your ID. Popular traditional neighborhood: "Les Pentes" in the 1st district, near gardens, shops, patios, cobblestone streets... LOW RENT. You must maintain the cleanliness of the rented space. Close to "Place des Terreaux," bus lines, and "Hôtel de ville" metro station, LYON CITY CENTRE. PEDESTRIAN ZONE / No garage. An excellent value for money in a truly unique location nestled between Croix-Rousse and its slopes. Quiet, especially at night, despite the fantastic opportunities it offers at a very short distance. Anne and Yann were there when I needed them, even before I needed them a few times, without meaning we had daily contact. Cleanliness and hygiene are undoubtedly important to them. This, of course, requires everyone's cooperation. I repeat: an excellent deal in an outstanding place.
