Das Zimmer ist viel zu teuer und Heizkosten muss man noch einmal extra bezahlen, da nur 10 Einheiten pro Woche im vertrag eingebunden sind was viel zu wenig ist. Das Zimmer hat drei Außenwände und wird damit extrem warm oder Kalt. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut.
