I rent a large room in this apartment only for the short term (holidays or newcomer looking for a temporary base); I am a single dad in my forties and I have my children every other weekend at the moment, I take advantage of this period to host people, I am very sociable and I know how to put the most shy people at ease always without invading you, the apartment is very large you won't step on your feet, moreover the metro (orange line) is just 1 minute walk away. Otherwise the area is very lively, rue St Hubert (parallel street) is full of shops, restaurants, bars and concert bars.
