A large 25 m² furnished bedroom is available in our restored 1910 townhouse, located in the centre of Arlon. Ideal for an internship, a work assignment, or the start of a contract in the Grand Duchy, this rental allows you to live on the Belgian side, close to the train station. All is included: utilities (water, energy), Wi-Fi, bed sheets, and towels. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed and a workspace. The bathroom is shared with another bedroom, if it is rented, and includes a double sink, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room. For parking, free parking is available a 3-minute walk away, or you can use the blue zone on the street (parking disc, 3 hours). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in the quiet St. Martin's Church neighbourhood.
