Following the departure of our two daughters, we are making one of their rooms available to allow a student to study in good conditions. This rental prioritizes a spirit of sharing and mutual respect for privacy, rather than a traditional shared housing arrangement. The room is comfortable, very quiet, and spacious, located in a beautiful house that is also comfortable and well-equipped. You will have a private bathroom and toilet, with access to the kitchen and dining room to share.
Accessible within a 30-minute walk from the city centre of Lille or the Catho, 10 minutes by bike, with bus options available.

Antoine and his wife have been very accommodating to my daughter Cristy. They picked her up at the Train Station after her luggage was lost on the Airline and she missed her first two trains. Thank you Antoine for being a father and taking care of my daughter!
