Hello,
I am renting a 14m2 room in my 80m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor of a building in the very nice 9th arrondissement of Paris with caretaker and digital codes. This rental is available from February until mid-April 2023 (to see for a longer term).
The apartment is bright, quiet with an elevator, located near all amenities and transport, close to 3 train stations and directly accessible to CDG. I am looking for someone who is non-smoking and who does their part in terms of cleaning.
