Chez Anne, c'est une petite studette vraiment sympa, très pratique, avec un coin cuisine tout équipé. Elle est super lumineuse grâce à la grande fenêtre qui donne sur la cour. Située au 7e étage avec ascenseur, à deux pas d'une station de métro, dans un quartier calme. Restos sympa autour. Je recommande vivement !
I had a very good stay at Anne’s studette. Great communication and help if needed. I stayed 3 months in this apartment and had everything I needed. Even though it’s small, I had enough possibilities to storage all my things. It’s super comfy, especially the bed. Would definitely choose it again.
Je suis restée 2 mois dans ce studio et il contient tout ce qu’il faut, le lit est confortable. L’environnement est très calme, on n’entend pas les voisins ce qui est très agréable. Le quartier est également très sympa. Je recommande !
Après un séjour de plusieurs mois, j'ai noté ma satisfaction globale concernant l'appartement d'Anne à 9/10. L'appartement est à deux minutes à pied du métro, très bonne communication avec les épiceries et il y a un grand bar-cuisine pour cuisiner dans l'appartement. Anne est une personne très attentionnée qui s'intéressera à votre séjour dans sa studette.
Sehr kleine süße Studette, die gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet worden ist! Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und hat alle meine Fragen freundlich und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen!
The studette was small as described, but the space is used very efficiently. Comfortable bed, clean and practical necessities provided. I stayed here while studying in Paris for a semester, and the place was great. Quiet neighbours, lots of stores and services nearby, metro line around the corner. I would recommend for one person for a long term stay, two guests is doable as well but for short term.
J'ai passé un très bon séjour chez Anne. La communication avec elle est parfaite. Le studio est très bien situé et le quartier très agréable. A recommander sans hésiter !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Anne. Die Studette hat zwar nur 9m² ist aber sehr klug und niveauvoll eingerichtet. Ich liebe kleine Räume! Schlafsofa mit guter Qualität, neuwertige Bad- und Kücheneinrichtung. Alles hat gut funktioniert, auch der Lift. Anne war immer erreichbar. Ich war 17 Tage dort und möchte sehr gerne wieder hin! Très bon sejour! Impeccable! Je recommande vivement.
Le logement est fonctionnel, pratique, agréable à vivre et c'est très calme dans l'immeuble. Les propriétaires sont adorables, disponibles et la communication est facile. Je reviendrai sans hésitation si besoin d'un logement sur paris
J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie studette de Anne. Tout était nickel! On s’y sent bien, comme dans un petit cocon. C’est petit mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut et le canapé-lit est très confortable. La communication avec Anne était super! Je recommande!!! Je n’hésiterais pas à y retourner! :-)
