Studio propre et fonctionnelle , près des commerces et transports,médecin, piscine,travail,internet.Laverie C'est d'une fiabilité exceptionnelle. Petite rue calme.
Je recommande le studio de Mr Sergio. En plus il est super sympa et arrangeant. Vous aurez tous les restaurants, transport, magasins à deux pas. La rue devient très calme le soir et on dors sans soucie.
Très bon séjour chez Sergio qui a été arrangeant et réactif. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner si j'avais à nouveau besoin d'une chambre à Paris.

Everything was perfect. The appartment is not really big, but it has really good location, and Sergio helps you all the time with all the things you need. I was living there for three months and it was perfect for me.

Appartement très correct pour le prix, petit mais pratique, très bien situé près de plusieurs lignes de métro. La salle de bain est un peu basse de plafond cependant, ce qui peut être gênant si vous êtes plutôt grand. Sergio est réactif et très accommodant.
Sergio is a very kind and available person. The studio is small, it’s true, but is very comfortable and has everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and very nice too and very good for the transports.
Es un pequeño pero muy acogedor studio. Todo funciona bien y esta muy bien ubicado, el metro5esta muy cerca y hay comercio y resturantes alrededor y el canal para dar un pequeño paseo.
Sergio nos recibio muy bien,es muy respetuoso con la privacidad de los inquilinos, el lugar es limpio, pequeno pero bien organizado y muy bien localizado, cerca de todo, Teatro, canal de Saint Martin, supermercado, metro, bus, restaurant, etc ideal para llegar a Paris. Sergio nous a très bien reçus, est très respectueux de la vie privée des locataires, l’studio est propre, petit mais bien organisé et très bien situé, proche de tout, Théâtre, canal Saint-Martin, supermarché, métro, bus, restaurant, etc. idéal pour se rendre à Paris.
