Description
I am renting two rooms in a shared housing unit to responsible, financially stable, and easy-going women. Full use of the rest of the home is included. Total independence and privacy, as the host does not live in the home. The rooms have locks.
The price is €475 for the large room, which faces the street, and €405 for the small one, plus shared expenses (electricity and water). One month security deposit, plus a €60 deposit for expenses.
There are many shops nearby, three parks close by, a sports centre, gyms, and a library. Near the M30, CC La Vaguada, and La Paz Hospital. Metro station 200m away (line 7) and 900m away (line 9). Buses at the door: 126, 132, 137, 147. 200m away: 42, 49, 83, 128. Connections to Pl. Castilla, Chamartín, Cuatro Caminos, Moncloa, Callao, and the Complutense and Autónoma universities. Smokers and pets are not allowed. No couples.
