Located on the border between the city of Wavre and Louvain-la-Neuve, the place offers peace, nature, space and accessibility. The house, in an old style, is warm and its decoration – heterogeneous, from around the world – makes it unique.

Occupant/roommate: a wonderful lady in her sixties (my mother).

Neighborhood: pleasant and of all ages. Everyone knows and likes each other.

Looking for: student or self-employed worker who appreciates peace and nature.

You will have personal/private use of:

A 17m2 bedroom with bathroom including a 9m2 toilet
A living room (lounge/office) of 24m2
A covered parking space

The different rooms can be furnished; to be discussed.

Accessibility:

The car will be preferred but everything is accessible by bike.
