Hello! I would be happy to welcome you to my home. The bedroom, located on the second floor, features a sofa bed with a good mattress, as well as a closet with shelves on one side. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and has just been completely renovated. During the warmer months, the garden and its terrace with lounge chairs are at your disposal. If you wish to prepare your meals, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, and gas burners is available. Alternatively, I also offer a table d'hôte service upon reservation. For students without a vehicle, please note that my home is in the countryside, in a very quiet environment. It is located about 45 km from Rennes and 55 km from Saint-Brieuc, accessible via the expressway, which is toll-free in Brittany. Furthermore, there is a train station nearby, and there are two carpooling areas in the vicinity.
