Description
Hello, room for rent in a homestay in a house occupied by the host. I have been renting out a room in my house since 2010! I therefore have a great deal of experience with shared housing. I now have three rooms for rent. I prefer to host students, but I consider all applications. Apprentices are welcome. The house is located in Lagord, a municipality bordering La Rochelle. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (Illico 3 and 12 bus lines, and bike-sharing nearby). The CESI and the CFA are less than a 10-minute walk away.
