I offer you a 17 m2 room redone in the past months and which includes a 160x200 bed, a desk and a wardrobe. on the same floor you will find the bathroom + WC and a kichinette to share with the 2nd tenant if there is one. This kichinette is reserved for meals and to warm up your small dishes. All this is on the floor of my house where I live.
To cook, I provide you with my kitchen and all the crockery on the ground floor.
Of course all must be put back in place and washed.

Je suis venu à Chateaubriant pour un nouvel emploi, et j'ai logé chez Sébastien quelques jours le temps de faire l'entrée des lieux dans mon nouveau logement. Autant dire que le confort était au rendez vous, j'ai extrêmement bien dormi, le lit était très confort, les pièces sont jolies, nettes, propres et bien tenues, sans bruit la nuit. En plus, j'ai été accueilli à on arrivée avec un petit Breizh Cola, qui m'a été gentillement proposé, que demander de plus ? 😜 Blague à part, cette expérience restera gravée pour moi comme un moment à part entière de ce très joli départ de ma vie sur Chateaubriant. Merci beaucoup 🙏
Bon séjour chez Sébastien. La chambre est agréable, très bien si on veut y passer quelques jours. La salle de bain attenante est bien équipée et le fait d'être à l'étage permet d'avoir son espace à soi. L'accueil a été très sympathique et Sébastien arrangeant sur les différentes modalités. Chambre idéale si on veut se poser quelques jours pour visiter Châteaubriant.
