I am offering a room for one person with a double bed (140cm), desk, and closet in my apartment located 50m from the lovely port of Cubzac-les-Ponts. You will have access to the living room and kitchen; the bathroom/WC is shared with me. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a reversible air conditioning unit. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, with a 20-minute trip to Bordeaux. The A10 motorway is 1km away. Access to downtown Bordeaux takes 30 minutes by car. Rentals are available on a weekly or monthly basis. I live on-site and am renting out the room of my daughter who has moved to Australia. Loulou is the house cat and is very much at home here.
