I am looking for a cheerful female roommate, a student or young professional, to join my shared housing located less than a two-minute walk from the Avon train station in a fully restored detached house. About me: I am a 22-year-old graphic design student with a passion for art, music, nature, and sports. I love cats, and Neptune, my cat, is part of the household. From time to time, my boyfriend and his 8-year-old daughter are also around. Your room: Large, bright 20 m² room on the first floor, equipped with a double bed (new bedding), a walk-in closet, a desk, a television, and storage space. Common areas: Large 45 m² open space including an equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven), a living room (large television), and a dining room with a pellet stove, to be shared in a kind and respectful manner, keeping in mind each other’s life and work schedules. Exterior: Large 700 m² garden with a vegetable patch and a terrace.
