Homestay 9 m2 in Marseille 12th, quiet and green (Marseille - 13012)

9 m2 homestay in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Access to bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and terrace. Close to shops (5-minute walk) and public transit (bus 5-minute walk, metro 5-minute drive). Blancarde train station is a 5-minute drive away, and St Charles station is a 10-minute drive. You are welcome to use all appliances, provided you are respectful of the household (washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer, small kitchen appliances, etc.). Private fridge available for all guests. There are two bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite bathroom), so there may sometimes be 2 to 3 guests, including you. I do not provide personal hygiene products for daily use (soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). Free parking in the garden. The bedroom is equipped with a desk, a small coffee table, and a wardrobe with a curtain. I live here with my 10-year-old daughter on a shared custody basis. I rent by the month to women exclusively, and to men during odd-numbered weeks only. Thank you.
