Hello, My apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator, in the Marais district, near Arts et Métiers. It is ideally situated for getting around the city centre easily and quickly. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Place de la République and its metro stations (lines 3, 11, 5, 9, 8). You can easily explore the city on foot: it is 15 minutes from Châtelet and 20 minutes from the Grands Boulevards or Saint-Michel. I am offering a spacious 18 m² room, which will soon include a desk. You will have full access to the rest of the apartment (kitchen, living room, etc.). The bed measures 160 x 190 cm. I am quite flexible regarding check-in and check-out times, depending on your constraints and needs. Being quite active, I do a lot of activities outside and am not often home in the evenings. However, I am more than happy to let you enjoy my apartment. Looking forward to meeting you.

Agréable séjour , parfait . Merci pour ta gentillesse philippine . Chambre très spacieuse , lumineuse , le lit est très confortable . J’avais accès aux autres pièces communes également , appartement cosy très jolie ont s’y sent bien . Très bien situé dans une rue pas bruyante , comparer à d’autres rues à Paris . Metro proche , sinon on peux facilement tout faire à pied en restant dans le marais ou un peux à l’écart .. À une prochaine
J'ai eu énormement de chance de tomber sur une personne aussi sympathique que Philippine lors de ma première réservation sur roomlala. Je la remercie pour sa patience lors de mon arrivée car j'avais du retard. Absolument ravie de la chambre qui est grande et propre, lit spacieux et comfortable. Logement extrèmement bien situé, on peut pratiquement tout faire à pied, Louvre, Notre Dame...
Philippine est très agréable et fait son maximum pour qu’on se sente bien chez elle. La chambre est très grande et joliment décorée. Le lit est super confortable. L’appartement est plein de charme avec une décoration soignée. On ne manque de rien. Excellent emplacement. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Immeuble très bien situé, appartement calme et décoré avec goût, chambre spacieuse, lumineuse, literie confortable. Philippine a opté pour le minimalisme et des objets non standardisés, ce qui est très agréable! On respire dans chaque pièce ; aucun encombrement ou surcharge, ce qui est assez rare. Je suis ravie de mon séjour. Je reviendrai dès que possible et bien sûr je recommande !
