A cleaning person comes every two weeks to maintain the common areas. Covered parking available. Shops and public transit in the immediate vicinity. Non-smoking accommodation, pets not accepted. Security deposit: two months' rent. Ideal for students and young professionals. All you have to do is drop off your bags!
