Hello, Located 100 m from the Alexandre Denis Vocational High School, I am offering an upstairs bedroom in a 135 m² house with a private garden and secure parking space. The room is furnished: wardrobe, desk with chair, two nightstands, side table on casters, shoe rack, mini-freezer, and Wi-Fi access. Bed sheets are not provided. The upstairs bathroom is to be cleaned by the occupants on a rotating basis, or you may choose to add a cleaning fee. You will have access to a shared bathroom (between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM: please observe quiet hours, no baths), a fully equipped kitchen to heat up meals, and a 40 m² living room. I work from home. Two dogs and a cat live on the premises year-round. The accommodation is located 100 m from a bus stop, 15 minutes on foot from the La Ferté-Alais RER D station, and 15 minutes by car from the Bouray RER C station.
