Gîte L'atelier in Lorris - Nature on the horizon (Lorris - 45260)

Nestled between countryside and forest, L'Atelier is a peaceful haven, ideal for a romantic getaway, a breath of fresh air, or simply a need for tranquility. This 60 m² loft, with its large bay windows, is located in the heart of the countryside, between the Gâtinais and Sologne regions. The cottage comprises a large open-plan living area with a kitchenette, lounge, and a four-poster bed, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a toilet. Outside, a small private garden of 300 m² offers breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, promising peace and relaxation.
Tourist tax is payable upon arrival, and a €500 security deposit is required. An electric vehicle charging station is available near the cottage. Fiber optic internet access is provided; the password will be given upon arrival.

The cleaning fee covers the cost of routine maintenance between bookings (laundry, vacuuming, etc.). Therefore, each visitor is expected to respect the premises for future guests.
