Fully furnished studio apartment located in a quiet area of a private house, ideal for working or relaxing, available for short-term stays only. Designed for one person, this space is not eligible for a lease or housing assistance.
I also live on-site, which makes it easy for us to meet if needed, as I am there daily. Linens are provided.
I cover all expenses, so you won't encounter any unpleasant surprises.
House rules are very strict to ensure mutual respect. Visitors and parties are prohibited, and quiet must be maintained after 10:30 PM, as we all have professional obligations.
The property, including access to the garden and living room, must be kept in its exceptional condition. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
